It is not my phone and I am writing the program that loaned it to me about what happened and going from there. It will be in their hands as what happens from there. And this changed Mr CJ'S mind about me getting the E71 :(

@mobiledan, yes dropped it in the washing machine while it had water in it. I was given a link that said let it dry out in rice. I have done everything else it said, so fingers are crossed.
